By accessing our services, making a purchase, or interacting with Wahag in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.


All products are described accurately to the best of our knowledge. However, colors may vary slightly due to display settings and lighting conditions. Dimensions are approximate and may have minor variations, and product specifications are subject to change without notice. All prices are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and are subject to change without prior notice. Special pricing and promotions may have limited validity, and bulk order pricing is available upon request. Taxes and installation fees may apply separately.


Orders can be placed online, in-store, or through our sales team, and all orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse any order, and an order confirmation will be sent via email. Full payment or an approved deposit is required to process orders. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, bank transfers, cash payments (in-store only), and installment plans through partner banks, subject to bank approval. Security deposits may be required for custom orders.


Delivery timeframes are estimates only, with standard delivery occurring within [X] working days. Premium delivery services are available, and delivery fees are based on location and order size. Inspection is required upon delivery. Professional installation by certified technicians is available, and an installation warranty is included. Scheduling is subject to availability, and site preparation requirements must be met. Additional charges may apply for special installations. A 5-year manufacturer warranty covers all products, excluding damage due to unauthorized modifications, improper installation or use, and negligence. Electronic components have specific warranty terms, and the installation warranty lasts for 1 year.


We offer a 14-day return policy for unopened items, with return shipping at the customer’s expense. Store credit or exchanges are available for opened items. Custom orders are non-returnable, and damaged items must be reported within 24 hours. Adequate access for delivery, proper electrical connections, structural requirements, a clear installation area, and necessary permits must be obtained. Providing accurate measurements, correct delivery information, valid contact details, and prompt communication are your responsibilities.


All content is the property of Wahag, and no reproduction is allowed without permission. Trademarks, designs, and photography rights are reserved, with a limited license granted for personal use. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product, and we are not liable for indirect damages. Force majeure exclusions apply, and claims are subject to time limitations. Installation damages are also limited. Exclusions include third-party service providers, natural wear and tear, unauthorized modifications, improper maintenance, and environmental conditions. Cancellation fees may apply, and there are time limits for cancellations. Custom orders have specific restrictions, and cancellation documentation is required. Order modifications are subject to availability, additional costs, and time restrictions. Documentation may also be needed.


We collect and use data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which includes information security, third-party sharing, and marketing communications. Dispute resolution begins with an initial complaint process, including resolution timeframes, escalation procedures, and mediation options. Egyptian law governs this agreement, with jurisdiction specified and arbitration provisions in place. Legal notices must follow the required format, and time limitations for claims apply. Free initial consultation services are available for consultation, design, project planning, and technical support. Custom project terms include a special order process, project timeline, payment schedule, and change order process.


In the event of force majeure, we will notify you of any changes and attempt to make alternative arrangements. The contract may be suspended or terminated depending on the circumstances. Wahag reserves the right to modify these terms, with notice of changes provided. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
